This NEW 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a gorgeous solarium, designated office space, and is equipped with 3 adjustable heat pumps units to control the heat or air conditioning in each space. The condo has 3 Smart TV’s and is equipped with Shaw Cable and High-Speed Internet. This desirable corner unit receives a lot of sunlight and has additional windows that faces south/west. There is also underground EV parking for 1 vehicle. If available, a second stall may be requested.

Experience cooking in a modern gourmet kitchen with beautiful quartz counters, high-end appliances including a 5 burner gas cooktop, 2 convections ovens, fridge/freezer combo with water and ice, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with the following: porcelain dishes, kids dishes, cutlery, storage containers, pots and pans, blender, rice cooker, panini grill, coffee maker, Keurig, coffee grinder, toaster over/air fryer, hand mixer, and electric knife- just to name a few. Enjoy eating at the breakfast bar (with 4 adjustable stools) or at the glass dining table.

You will also be able to relax in a stunning, enclosed glass solarium, with retractable glass panels. The solarium has 2 swivel chairs and an electric fireplace for ambience and/or warmth. There is also a natural gas weber BBQ outside the glass solarium as well.

In the living room, sit back are relax in front of the electric fireplace or enjoy watching a show on the smart TV. Choose from sitting on a swivel chair or stretch out on the comfortable power electric leather couch that has 2 reclining seats. You also have the option to retreat to the glass solarium that has retractable glass panels, two swivel chairs and an electric fireplace for ambience and/or warmth. There is also a natural gas weber BBQ outside the glass solarium as well.

Doing laundry is easy and efficient using the LG washer and LG dryer that also offers the highly desirable speed wash and dry cycle. The suite is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom/dust pan and Vileda reusable microfibre spray mop.

This condo is fully furnished and is located in Langley (in the Willoughby area), steps away from the Carvolth bus exchange. It is also close to the Langley Events Centre (LEC) and the Willoughby Town Centre that offers over 40 shops, restaurants and services.

The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, reading chair, 4 piece ensuite with 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets, shower, heated tile floor, quartz counters, walk-in closet smart TV and air-conditioning.

Home away from home
Great location, with very easy access to the highway and close to the shopping centre. The apartment was in mint conditions wth new appliances and quality furniture; the air conditioning was a welcome addition in the summer. As you walk in you see and feel the effort that is being put in keeping it clean and well maintained vs other locations, giving it a sense of home away from home. The host was great, warm, welcoming and very responsive, from the initial contact to the final handover; guiding us through the whole process and always ready to answer any questions or assist. Highly recommend and would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
