Pretty nice hotel
Checked in a little bit early with no problems. Did not get a room upgrade. But the room I booked had a balcony, which was great (even with the office building as our view). It was a fairly large room, but with only one small chair in it, I felt the larger room was not fully utilized with some more furniture. Great servicing of the room twice a day, the turn down service is nice. The spa is quite nice. Cool lounge, didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good. Staff were friendly. Great location. Only got an extra half hour sray for check out, I asled for an hour late check out. Overall great stay.

I stayed here for a week of vacation and it was excellent, from the staff to the amenities to the food to the location. A 5-star hotel in every way. Pool was great for a swim in the morning and would recommend a massage at the spa as well. Outstanding experience!
