Exceptional service and great location
What a gem. The service was exceptional, the location was amazing and the whole property was spotlessly clean. The decor is outdated but that is soon to change with the renovations beginning in 2025. Every person we encountered - from checkin/guest services, restaurant, valet or housekeeping- were friendly, kind and it felt like they truly cared about our large group having an outstanding experience. The beds were very cozy - great nights sleep 4 days in a row. Definitely on our list for future visits to Vancouver.

Location was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A bowl of fresh fruit (apples, banana, oranges) in the lobby would have been greatly appreciated. I thought the price for the breakfast buffet was outrageous.

The Pinnacle Habourfront Hotel is situated at a convenient location to all the walkable tourist attractions however this would be the only reason to stay at this location. Given the cost of the hotel for a nightly rate I had much higher expectations. When we first arrived our experience started well. We were able to early check in with a room upgrade at an extra cost The view of the habour was amazing. But the good experience ends there The hotel needs a major update, it is very clearly outdated, you can even see mold in the washrooms. Though the room is clean the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows feel lile the cheap ones you get from walmart. The heating and a.c unit make so much noise it is very challenging to get sleep. Considering we were visiting for pleasure I do not feel rested after spending three days here. Even after a complaint and supposed solution the noise still not go away and staff do not really seem to care. There was no follow up from the front desk at any point or durimgy check out to see if things were rectified. The additional deadbolt lock on the front door does not work. The lock on the balcony is problematic sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Finally the P2B restaurant in the lobby sucks in my opinion, the waiter didn't introduce himself nor even remove the menus from put table. We went for happy and snack The food was terrible, the house wine was acidic and undrinkable and the waiter clearly didn't notice there was an issue.
