The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and always clean. When you need something you just ask the front desk and they help you right away. I will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip to Vancouver.

Checked in to a pet friendly room on the 16th floor with a great view of Coal Harbour. Large room with a nice bathroom and a a comfy bed. Would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is just fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Pros: Good value during the holiday season, clean and in a great location. Cons: The hotel is quite outdated and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.

This hotel is located on Coal Harbour with fantastic views! Very friendly staff and hotel is very clean. Walkable to great shopping, dining and attractions.

Condition issues impacted the stay
Multiple elevators not working. Fan in the room was far far too loud. I would have asked for a different room had my stay been longer. Great restaurant though.
