Excellent bus service to metro-town (10 min) where you can take Skytrain to downtown (18 min). Free off street parking for your vehicle or RV in this quiet upscale neighborhood. Full kitchen with Quartz counter and essential appliances, south facing views and private access from lush yard w fruit trees.
The space
Extensive high quality finishing such as Crown moldings, Granite, Marble, and Italian tile. Fully equipped kitchen including minor appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, hot water boiler and toaster and tableware, pots and even wok.
Bedroom features good size workspace for your laptop and office activities.
New 4K smart TV with cable service, and RoKu with Netflix, Prime, etc.
Note we do extensive wipe down with disinfectants between guests.
Guest access
Self contained ground level garden suite accessible from either street or alley which has parking space.
Other things to note
Suite is on ground floor of 3 story home. Upper home is separately leased so you may hear some footsteps and activity. We generally host 30 - 90 day stays for guests who need medium term rentals. Please contact me regarding longer stays so I can open my calendar. Guests include business stays, insurance claims, and of course vacationers.
