It's a really cute hotel and the staff were friendly. The room was smaller than I expected but clean and all the amenities were in good working order. We found access to the things we needed - food, stores etc. - was easy enough.

Staff was friendly, and the room although small, it was comfortable and clean. However, it felt unsafe as the van parked next to us was vandalized. One of the windows were smashed.

Very reasonably priced hotel compared to others. Convenient location to bc ferry and central to Burnaby new westminster and Vancouver east side No elevator must carry everything up stairs. No kettle or coffee maker in room. Tub needs a grab bar. Staff are great. Very clean Bed too soft for us.
