It was ok, we stayed in the tower across the street, top floor furthest room away so it was a big haul from the checkin area. Reception desk is too small for the occupancy volume and the staff couldn’t understand what we were saying, which made it tricky to checkin.

The check in process was nt great. Huge line, and it took forever. The food options are limited, and none of the food in the casino is very good, and the service wasn't great in the food area. Staff in the casino were polite. The location is pretty far from downtown vancouver, although the sky train is right by the resort. Overall it was fine, however i was expecting more of a resort feel, and more amenities.

The staff always are the key to a stress free stay! The hotel is clean and they offer a nice bottle of water or a cup of tea or coffee in the room after s as long journey it’s appreciated.

The directions etc for the restaurants are not clear. We were in the old tower. The room is run down. There is no view. Coffee maker didn’t work Had this place booked for January. Already cancelled it. Would not come back again
