We came off a cruise and the hotel was conveniently located, a 15 min ride. The staff accepted and secured our luggage so we could go exploring. They were polite and professional. We loved that the Hop on Hop off bus was right around the corner and we easily purchased our tickets with the hotel staff. The staff texted me when our rooms were ready. We were able to get rooms next to each other. The rooms were very clean and very large. We had a mini kitchen separating the sleeping quarters from the lounge area. The room had a large bathroom too. I would recommend this place to anyone especially families or those working on a budget. We loved it. The hotel is centrally located. Have to say the staff was exceptional! Thank you for a great stay. We also used the restaurant attached for dinner and drinks and were very happy with the food and cocktails.

Fantastic location, walking distance to many adventures. Helpful friendly staff, nice amenities, would have been nice to have breakfast included with room cost. Had a problem with tub drain, they fixed it right away.

The front office crew is very professional and super friendly and helpful. Instead of my VIP wine bottle they accepted to swap it for many beverages that i enjoyed throughout my stay. I also had a delayed parcel delivered to the hotel and they kindly accepted to help me with this situation. I highly recommend this hotel, and i will gladly stay here again on my next visit to Vancouver.

I’ve stayed here many times. Didn’t receive the free breakfast or free parking because I booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. I did that because when I called the hotel, no rooms were available for my stay. I made the reservation almost a year in advance. Great for families. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Close to venues, shopping and restaurants. I recommend this hotel.
