We had a 3 night stay with my kids and dogs. It was great. The building was charming, the suites had lots of space and I felt very safe walking the dogs at night. Only issue is 1 elevator that doesn't line up and almost tripped getting out of the elevate every time, office staff was a hit and miss (some were VERY nice and another made my son cry.) and parking was sketchy especially if you have a big car. I would stay here again because for the money- you cant beat it.

Very budget feel.. like cheap apartments from 1980s. Minimal service and Nickle and diming for towels, coffee etc.. best part was it is next to Stanley park and walking to Robson st. No air conditioning in rooms. Parking area and laundry is dirty and seems unsafe.

Had a two bedroom suite that came with 1 shared and 1 in-suite bathrooms, as well as a Murphy bed and a sofa in the living room. Our group of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. It was a great option for a family stay. Very attentive staff and quiet neighbourhood just steps from Stanley Park. Recommended.

I show up at 11 and no one was there got told I didn’t have reservation no one asked for confirmation They hung up on me three times so I had to go to another hotel and then got told I was not going to get a refund for the room I did not stay in and the place looked d nothing like pics at and and was very out of date Then called to get my refund on Tuesday after no one answered for three days and was told I wasn’t getting a refund even though they couldn’t find my reservation and had to go somewhere else and told Expedia the same thing I would not ever stay here and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to stay ever

Everything about the property is great but I think if there can be free laundry would be better. I was told i have to buy laundry detergent and only do laundry after 6pm.. so i bought it then to find out I need coins.. which I don’t have. Also on checkout date I was locked out at 8am… when i was returning to my room. I guess they lock you out even if checkout is 11am. Location is great, which I already know before. AC would be good on a hot week like last week but it was bareble. I will return again.

Great location near Stanley Park. Rooms very dated and not as pictured which management blamed on Expedia as he has had other similar guests discuss. He suggested checking the actual website (which I did before booking) and those photos are of the Penthouse suite so equally misleading. Management very rude when made inquiries about laundry which can only be used very limited hours (6:30 pm to 7:30 am). I explained we booked the hotel due to laundry and he blamed me for not calling the hotel. Management raised his voice and cut me off several times. Extremely unprofessional and not concerned about customer service or customer being satisfied.

Location is excellent for a walk around Stanley Park or other nearby activities. A bit far from downtown proper, but easy to get an Uber. Marvellous to have 2 bedrooms for the price of a hotel room. I don’t care that it was dated, it was spacious and comfortable. The lack of AC is the only downfall. I don’t see how the portable one provided would be adequate. But we survived and I would stay again if wanting a place in this location.

Amazing rates and bedrooms/size for the area - plus available at short notice! The self sign in process was simple, and the staff friendly. Perfect for those trips where you just need a place to sleep and have 4 am convos.

We were on the 4th floor during the hot summertime and the bedrooms were stuffy and hot. Yhe manager was very nice though and gave us an extra fan. The lication near Stanley Park was great.

The photos on line ARE NOT what we got. We booked here based on the location and the photos of the room. What we got was: carpeted dark room. The AC was a portable unit with the hose taped together with duct tape as well as saggy beds. Nothing was updated or reflected what we thought we were getting
