Mosquito Creek Marina is a secured gated community that overlooks downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park and has picturesque views of the local North Shore mountains.

Walking distance to the sea bus which takes you to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay where there is lots of food, shops, fun and entertainment.

Minutes drive or walk to local tourist attractions, beaches, local mountains and nature walks.

This brand new modern suite includes all new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and gas fireplace. Free WIFI. Smart televisions in both living and bedroom. Bedroom has queen bed and living room has queen pullout couch.

Shared laundry (upon request) and secured private entrance.

Note: There is paid parking in Marina secured lot adjacent to the property. Paid parking in unsecured gravel lot. Free street parking around the Marina.
