It was nice that it was clean however seened unorganized as far as parking goes. Myself and another party were frustrated in regards to not having a clue where to park. Once booking is confirmed it would be helpful to be assigned a parking spot at that moment. Or advise when the spot would be assigned. We were 20min away and I still hadn't recieved a spot nor did I relalize that is how you needed to get a spot. It should be clearlystated somewhere to get a parking spot please reachout to get.your assigned spot. There are not alot of spots. There.was alot of confusion upon arrival.

Smithe House was perfectly situated for an easy walk to the concert venue. It is central to shopping & dining. Like the use of key pads vs. key cards to access everything. Clean, comfortable, safe, & secure!

Great spot to stay at. Super quiet, couldn’t hear the traffic outside much. Very affordable, staff brought us extra bedding when I messaged to get some for the pull out couch. Easy to get in and out of building. Javier was quick to respond when I messaged with questions. Definitely will stay again. Would be ideal if staying for more than one night because of the full fridge and kitchen set up.

Sparkling clean. All the amenities you'd need for a long stay. Maybe a bit over the top for my 1 night stay, but the place is gorgeous. Met a staff member in this contactless hotel and she was just lovely and very helpful.

Property was like new, after a slight mixup with the entry codes/system our stay was perfect. A short walk from our friends apartment and right in the centre of things, we visited the hockey stadium, shopping on Robson and even took a leisurely walk up and around Stanley Park. Great location for taking a river taxi over to Granville island too.
