The home spans 3 floors. The living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor. On the upstairs floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The laundry room is located on the basement floor.

The home has a fully private front and back entrance.

There is a fully separate suite in the basement which is tenanted as well as a tenant in the fully separate coachhouse in the back.

Our home is located in a family friendly neighborhood. Parties are strictly forbidden and we kindly ask that guests notify us of any guests (beyond the number of guests on the reservation) who may be visiting the home.

We also kindly ask that guests remove their shoes while in the home.
