* Absolutely no parties or events without the express written consent of your hosting team. Unauthorized parties or events WILL be immediately shut down.

* It is possible to have a group event at Tantra-branded properties! Inquire with your host about rates and services. A member of our team will need to be present for any party or event.

This space is set up for remote check in, though we do like to meet our guests and give them a proper tour when possible.

By completing your reservation you also agree to the conditions of rental, including all of the house rules. In order to continue to be able to offer this space for rental, we need to stay in compliance with all building and city bylaws, as well as monitor to prevent issues that may lead to complaints that threaten our license.

Events and parties are possible but must be privately arranged with your host and will be at different rates with their own set of conditions.
