Reclaimed woods from a 1907 structure and sleek furnishings create a vintage-modern ambiance.

Located one block west of Commercial Drive, the property is within walking distance of the city's most sought-after restaurants, bakeries, speakeasies, and the brewery district. Vintage shopping, art galleries, and sweeping views of the downtown and north shore mountains define this neighbourhood .

A 10-minute drive into the city allows for easy access to downtown while still enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding area. With so much within a block or two of this urban pied-à-terre, you may find yourself venturing out of the neighborhood less and less.
