The hotel was excellent The staff at checkin seemed overly busy when we arrived and were less friendly than we expected. However , we will most likely still stay at the hotel on our next visit to Vancouver

The hotel has no restaurant (or bar) besides breakfast. The hotel needs a major overhaul, with repairs, to common areas, elevators, and individual rooms. Toilets are so low.

Spent a quick weekend getaway in Vancouver. This was a beautiful hotel with a perfect location central to shopping and good restaurants. The weight staff were incredibly helpful - beautiful hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Sutton Place Vancouver. The room was cozy and clean. The location is ideal, fairy easy access to nearby attractions (shopping, restaurants, museums). I was also impressed with the thorough room cleaning service. Parking downstairs was a huge plus. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well kept, excellent staff, and up to date lovely rooms a block from Robson shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. Parking cost was similar to other downtown hotels and super easy.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Sutton Vancouver. Though the shower drain was in need of unclogging. It was clear by the time we got back after the days activities. The prompt service was appreciated.
