The rooms advertised on the Travelocity website are NOT what these rooms look like. They are outdated, dirty, and in a state of disrepair. Our first room assignment had pubic hair in the beds, dirty and stained carpet, mold around the edges of the shower and reeked of cigarette smoke in a supposed non-smoking room. Upon my request for a room change, the next room had clean carpet and beds, however the phone didn't work, the hair dryer was broken and there were at least 15-20 flies buzzing around! The next day we left to explore the city and came back late afternoon to discover no maid service had taken place. I had to go down to the front desk and request clean towels and extra garbage bags. I had to pile the dirty towels and garbage in the hallway, which sat there for over a day! This was a recurring problem! During our three-night stay, we never received maid service once not even after reporting this to the front desk multiple times! I would NOT recommend staying at this property!!

Hotel is convenient to the airport and the cruise port. Hotel is refurbishing the halls and rooms and it definitely needs this update. Long waits for the elevator (and I was travelling with a spouse in a wheelchair so could not take the stairs). As with all hotels in Vancouver, it was very expensive for a room. One night in this hotel was almost as much as a week on the cruise ship and the cruise ship includes meals and entertainment.

I’m happy they accept pets, I traveling with ny well trained cat, the charge me 50 CA first night and 10 next one. They charge 10 CA per day for parking, the breakfast is a simple bag with water, juice, apple, bar and muffin, To much charge for a regular service. Not recommended

The king sized mattress sagged in the middle and was very uncomfortable. It needs replacing. The fact that there was not shuttle bus to the airport made it more expensive. You should have it or combine with a nearby hotel to provide it.
