Nice!
Beautiful ocean/mountain view, great host, nice place to stay when visiting Vancouver. Not a lot of kitchen supplies for cooking but if you’re eating out not an issue.

Overall nice with room for improvement
The apartment is as nice as it was shown in the photos. Excellent view and neighbourhood (peace & quiet & safe). Public transport is great (frequent and reliable bus service). The place is generally clean, though needs more attention to details, e.g. the provision of clean/organized towels (some towels look old with holes, not sure if they are intended for the floor or shower). We also found used disposable slippers, some magazines and even diary from previous occupants. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking like hot breakfast. An inclusion of measuring cups/containers would be a plus. We appreciate the washing/dryer - powerful and quick. The temperature control of the air con is very efficient. The beds are comfortable. The operation of the blind is a bit tricky, but we were able to figure out how to pull it up/down. Overall speaking, it was an enjoyable stay.

The kitchen was sparsely furnished. There were not a lot of utensils for us to use for cooking, and the reason we got an apartment is so we can make meals versus eating out a lot. When we did cook, the smoke alarm went off with very little stimulus. The shade in one bedroom was broken. The apartment building does not like short term rentals, so we were told when we arrived that we could not really use the lobby which was quite strange for us.

Nice community near UBC university
The place is nice near the university area. Take about 30mins to city. We were stay for 12 days but The landlord must be new because they didn’t provide enough amenities, only 2 toilet papers per room and 2 small garbage bags. The spare towels are unorganized can’t tell the difference between new or used. And one of the toilet isn’t quite clean. But after told the landlord responded quickly by bring the extra amenities the next day. So overall we are happy about the place.
