The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great, walking distance to a lot of major areas in downtown Vancouver as well as public transportation hubs. The beds were comfy and rooms cleaned regularly. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I would definitely stay here again.
