Perfect for an overnight stay before my cruise

This place was just perfect / needed a place to stay before my cruise and on a tight budget / place was perfect / simple , clean and safe and good price !! Also a great place to stay if you are going to an mls soccer game - stadium is right next to it

Im not sure about food options, I didnt see any and wasnt told about them. The place was good, solo female going to a concert, nice and close to walk alone back to the hotel after dark. I had a shared bathroom with the room next to me. It has an emergency button in it. It was sufficient for the one night. Staff was super nice

We book a room with a private bath and it was similar to your basic hotel room. It was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and guests were friendly and interactive. I like that the profits will go to support YWCA programs. Highly recommend the jam cafe for breakfast, but get there early. A line forms before opening. Parking is limited.

Overall okay experience, the only thing to complain about is a shared washroom with strangers. If I was aware at booking that I would be sharing a bathroom with strangers I would have booked a different room. Bed was on the small side. A bigger bed could have made the bathroom situation slightly more tolerable.

The hotel was well situated, clean and organised. It was also very community oriented and environmentally conscious. The staff were wonderful, pleasant and happy to help. The kitchens in the hotel were excellent in helping the budget. Would recommend to anyone.

I had lost an item at the nearby convention center, and the convention center notified the hotel. I did not ask for the item back at the hotel, but they realized it was mine through casual conversation, incredibly smart and attentive.

The YWCA Hotel does the job right. The amenities available were well above my standards and the room was comfortable and stylish. Staff were kind and helpful during multiple interactions. The location is very close to many great features of downtown and transit options.

Im a little picky about cleanliness and I have absolutely no complaints. There was road construction in front of the property which was a little noisy at times but was no fault of their own. Felt safe and had a great sleep both nights. Would definitely stay again.
