It was a nonprofit group that was what I liked most. It was in the middle of downtown, very convenient and walkable to everywhere. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Loved our stay, front desk was so friendly, check in was easy. I love that they have 3 shared kitchens, enjoyed myself a bagel in the morning. And the best part is it being non-profit, I love that. We booked here because it's just around the corner from the Rogers arena for the hockey game, definitely coming back.

I booked a stay through the Expedia app for two people, thinking 'shared bathroom' meant just for my partner and me. I was shocked to discover that it meant sharing with other guests! This is unacceptable service, and I’ve never encountered a hotel that operates this way. The rooms are tiny for the price, and the overall experience is disappointing. I recommend double-checking details before booking—this is not what you expect from a hotel!

There was no bathroom in the room, they have one shower room on the floor for all rooms. It was a surprise when I arrived. They charged me twice more than was the price at the Expedia checkout.
