Nice and clean. Close to BC Place, Rogers Arena, and lots of shopping and restaurants. There was an obnoxious fluorescent light bar across the top of the beds that came on when the bedside lamp was turned on. No coffee or kettle in the room. Only decaf available in “The Nook” downstairs in the lobby. Minor inconveniences though. Everything else was fine

The staff are amazing. We landed in Vancouver quite early in the morning and we called to see if we could store our luggage until check-in. The person we talked to (unfortunately didn't get her name) said we could check-in, hours earlier than listed on our email confirmation. She even upgraded our room, which was such a surprise and we were/still are so grateful.

Property was very comfortable, room was cozy and the staff was friendly. I have never had a shared bathroom experience but I can say we had no issues. All the proceeds go towards a good cause and we are so happy to know we are contirbuting to a community!

Evening staff was so rude, I travelled with 5 bags and she wouldn’t accommodate the door or trolley to carry luggage. Rather she asked me to travel light. I was stock in elevator with my luggage but no response from the staff. Terrible service by the evening staff, morning was okay
