Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Never again!
Ricardo was an extremely terrible host. We did not stay in the property we book and were relegated to poor quality cramped housing. Ricardo never showed his face to apologize to us. We are utterly disappointed in our experience in Varadero. This has been my third trip to Cuba and never again would I stay in a Casa. It is obvious that one property is put up for booking and others are farmed out. It is very sad. I will seek redress.
