Negative The resort is very tired and felt like it was run on a shoestring ‘Superior’ Room needed updating/decorating as there were lots of stains and marks on furniture Hand towels only and not changed daily. Yes it’s all inclusive… But ask yourself, do you really want what’s included? This resort is appallingly basic. During my stay here, the forest ran out of beer, no toilet paper was provided in my room, and most of the items on the buffet were cold and inedible. I do not mean to sound negative, but this hotel is in dire need of a new chef. I have travelled to over 100 countries, and this hotel had the strangest assortment of low-quality food imaginable. Shockingly, they even got breakfast wrong, serving sulphurous eggs and mystery dishes, along with dry and hard fruit. My orange and grapefruit slices had not any ounce of juice and ham, and we’re like chewing cellophane. The papaya was like eating carrot sticks. The sole saving grace of this hotel was at immaculate beach, which was indeed beautiful. Cocktails were in great supply, but each bar had a confusing assortment of beverages and not every drink was available at every bar. The pool area was clean and the resort was generally in good condition, and the room was comfortable enough. Service was absolutely horrendous, and after inquiring about a lost item I was repeatedly hung up on by reception. Just seem more like an annoyance to the staff than welcomed guests. You get what you pay for. This property is best avoided at all costs.

Two major things that I dislike was the fact that 99% of the male staff hit on me. I was traveling solo and single. It is extremely inappropriate to have any male especially hotel employees ask me out or insinuate any sexual interest or even follow me around as trying to have a conversation that ends up in asking me out. The other was the fact that there were flies in the food in the buffet area. I only ate what I was sure would not make me sick. Plus the food exhaust was a joke. Buffet was smoky and I smelled terribly even time I left it after lunch or dinner.

Angenehmes Klima, Charme der 70iger, wundervoller Seeblick.Leider zur falschen Zeit dort gewesen, 2 Tage vor Cuba shutdown/ Covid19.Die dortige Reiseagentin vom Hotel ist die typische ich 'Mosquita muerta' gewesen, viel BlaBla, wenn es Ernst wird nicht mehr anwesend und am liebsten noch schnell etwas Schwarzgeld einnehmen. Hoffe, Fidel entfernt die faulen Äpfel aus dem Korb Hasta siempre

Buen buffet, playa privada espectacular. El servicio de bar excelente, los miércoles tienen un evento especial con músicos, comidas y bebidas típicas cubanas. Todas las noches hay shows (. Baile y música en vivo). Tiene actividades, juegos de mesa, clases de baile. El personal del bar es muy amable. Sin embargo las instalaciones requieren ciertos arreglos, por ejemplo en nuestra habitación se dañaba constantemente el inodoro, aunque lo arreglaban volvía a fallar. Y teníamos que ser muy insistentes en la recepción para que nos solucionaran el problema. Sugerimos que eviten la utilización de vasos plásticos desechables , ya que la gente es muy inconsciente y los dejan en playa contaminando el mar . Para esto podrían más bien dar a cada huésped un vaso plástico más resistente y que esté sea utilizado durante toda su estadia., O podrían vender vasos o termos para el consumo de bebidas en la playa y la piscina.

Buenos no me gusto q en primera las habitaciones no tenia agua caliente tasa sanitaria q no descargaba cortina de las habitación rota y sucia en mesa bufe las comidas malisma no habia ni cubiertos q tuve q me dieron uno q esta en otra mesa si lavar servicios malismo no le recomiendo a nadie a pasar su vacaciones el salon sucio ect
