Very good

The location is great. Even though is not in Munich, is very close from the station with shops all around, restaurants and all we needed. I didn't expect to have no reception, but that wasn't an issue. The only thing that I would change is the bed. I was with my fiance, and we got single beds together instead of a double bed, that is not the same, but it was comfortable. Tha k you very much for everything.
The service in the room was poor. Most of the TV programms were blocked and the lamp on the tabel did not work - and was not repaired. despite a note i left on the tabel. Check in however was good - despite my delay.
Other than the train station being close by, this is not a place to stay for a tourist. It is extremely noisy due to the trains, there is no parking, no breakfast, and a front desk that has service only on Tuesday and Friday.
I called the hotel and inform about late arival and aske for key info/ they told me they are open until 23:00
I reach the hotel at 22:10 the door was closed I could not call the and stay out for abou 30min
They idnt send me e-mail with info how to open the door
when i infrom the reception at the morning they told me they didnt have my e-mail that not true it was printed in thier document, they didnt appologise for the situation
I will never visit this hotel any more
It started with the hotel having the wrong check out date for our stay. 2 of the 3 front desk people were nice and accommodating, but we got the 3rd who was unfriendly, rude and should honestly go find another job outside of the hospitality industry. It was stupid things like a 2nd room key was a problem and she even told a member of our group who asked for extra coat hangers that they did not have any and the guest should buy them from the store downstairs. All in all she was terrible and you dreaded dealing with her.
The upside is that the hotel has a supermarket, bakery and drug store right underneath it. The hotel also backs to the train tracks, which in Europe means a train is going by every 10 - 15 minutes. When booking ask where you room will be located. The rooms on the back have a/c but face the tracks. The rooms on the front do not have a/c. Pick your poison
We had a room on the front and had to have our windows open which meant you had street noise and the train. The beds only had comforters no other sheets or blankets. That meant we were either sweating or freezing from sweating and made for a week of not the greatest sleep.
All in all the hotel is in good location with easy train access to Munich, but know what you are getting into.
Interesting choice. Overall for us was good. Very convenient to have the medium sized supermarket downstairs. This is in the burbs, but virtually right next to the S-Bahn, so easy with luggage. Interesting to see life from the viewpoint of an upper class residential area, about 20 minutes from downtown. More realistic than a typical place near the central city. Lobby did not have AC, but thankfully our room did, since it was about 92 degrees during our two days there. Breakfast was quite good. Would stay again.

Ok hotel
Pros :
Hassle free late check in. You do need to email hotel before
Breakfast good
Close to tram but cost around 8 eur to city centre
Cons:
Hotel staff should be more welcoming
No kettle in room
Underground parking costs 6 Euro but we used nearby free parking instead
Overall ok hotel
The hotel is close to a train station but far from the airport and about a 20 minute ride to the city center. The staff was extremely rude when I asked for a fan or if my room had ac they laughed and spoke in German. When I was checking out I asked if the reservation money would go back on my card like was said when I checked in and the lady told me she was to busy to do that right now but I was the only one in the lobby, she then did the return on my card and never said thank you for your stay or have a great day and when she realized i was still waiting she said “wait else do you need why are you waiting here”. Only one side of the hotel actually has ac and the train station is right next to the hotel
So it is very loud
Overall not bad. We like that it was very close to Metro and grocery store. It was also very clean and large. However we face the courtyard and it was quite noisy from people drinking late at night. Be aware that the coffee is not free in the lobby as per hotels.com website.
