Im giving this review to help people. The check in was good when we got to the room we looked over the room the bed sheets had hair and yellow stains. They did bring clean ones right away . The porch was a huge disappointment we thought we were getting a ocean view bit ended up on right side of the building all we saw was a wood fence and a old construction area and marsh. We tried to see if we could get a better room but were turned down right away this is the problem with hotels your just another booking thats why airbnb is a better option you actually get what u book. Another issue we had was we were sitting by the pool just me and my wife no body was around we had a small speaker a d were listening to some salsa music all of a sudden security comes over and says shut off the music and even had the audacity to tell me to put head phones on im 46 years old felt very disrespected. Also a heads up final thing when u sit on the beach be prepared to have a pack of wild dogs around u about 8 of them if u try to eat something its a wild seen the way they surround u very scary feeling. And lastly the beach is a wild beach very high waves and strong wouldn't recommend for older people or kids.

This review is BEAUTIFUL! Kid friendly and has its own private beach! The rooms were fabulous extremely clean comfortable and fully stocked with all things a kitchen needs! I would recommend this place to my friends and I will be back next year!!!

PRO: Clean, spacious, comfy room and beds. CONS: No onsite front desk personnel after midnight. Locked out of room with only security onsite unable to open door, had to awake the neighbor to assist with opening main door, front desk staff very dismissive. Multiple power outages with no back up generators for rooms. Unsafe beach swimming conditions, shouldnt be advertised as having a beach. Lack of onsite music and activities. Staff was not very friendly. Food was mediocre and only one bar/restaurant with expensive food as well as drinks.

This property was in immaculate shape. Very clean and quiet. However, it was about 40 minutes away from San Juan. I would have thought the staff would’ve been a bit more friendly. There was one restaurant and on one of the days the power was out on the resort. However, it wasn’t a bad stay and I could stay here again.

The property was very nice but the lobby doors were in very very bad shape. We couldn’t find a place to clean our feet to go into the hotel from the beach. One of the rooms was not ready but they did make it up to us which was extremely nice. The restaurant was good but they don’t have any indoor area. So it started raining and we really didn’t have anywhere to go sit. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful landscaping. The rooms were beautiful.

This is what a vacation feels like
For our first family trip to PR, we were very pleased from the moment we walked in to check in to the moment we checked out. Nancy at the counter was absolutely AMAZING! She told us everything we needed to know about our stay, gave us recommendations for places to visit, took her time to explain everything without being rushed. The condo room was spectacular from cleanliness to spacious, to beautiful view of the pool/beach. The beach is literally in the backyard and is very private. Feels like you’re on a private island. The resort has a kiddy area, 24 hour gym, big family pool from 3ft-6ft, hot tub, etc. Resort has games such as volleyball, bingo, movie night, etc. The cleaning ladies were very nice and attentive. The way we were treated and our conversations made us feel like home. I would highly recommend!

The property is super clean and well staffed. The amenities in the room like the dishwasher, washer/dryer come in handy. Security was super friendly. Pools and Jacuzzi were great, and having private access to the beach was a plus.
