Im giving this review to help people. The check in was good when we got to the room we looked over the room the bed sheets had hair and yellow stains. They did bring clean ones right away . The porch was a huge disappointment we thought we were getting a ocean view bit ended up on right side of the building all we saw was a wood fence and a old construction area and marsh. We tried to see if we could get a better room but were turned down right away this is the problem with hotels your just another booking thats why airbnb is a better option you actually get what u book. Another issue we had was we were sitting by the pool just me and my wife no body was around we had a small speaker a d were listening to some salsa music all of a sudden security comes over and says shut off the music and even had the audacity to tell me to put head phones on im 46 years old felt very disrespected. Also a heads up final thing when u sit on the beach be prepared to have a pack of wild dogs around u about 8 of them if u try to eat something its a wild seen the way they surround u very scary feeling. And lastly the beach is a wild beach very high waves and strong wouldn't recommend for older people or kids.

Hyatt vacation club is in a beautiful location but a bit out of the way from the main PR attractions, if you plan on staying here a car would definitely be necessary if you want to really see and experience Puerto Rico. First, our main issue upon check-in was that the hotel was completely unwilling to make a room change/ accommodation for our family. When we booked, we selected a studio unaware of how small it would be for our family of (4) Right upon check-in, after seeing the studio size, we immediately asked for an upgrade to a larger one bedroom so we would have more space and be more comfortable for the duration of our visit, willing to pay an upgrade charge. The ONLY option the hotel management gave us was to forfeit the money we paid for our entire stay and pay for a completely new reservation and room. They weren’t willing to help/ work with us in any way at all to make a change. This was our first impression. The studio we were in would only be suitable for only two individuals to stay comfortably although it can sleep 4. It definitely wasn’t comfortable for the four of us. Our room had an ant problem & the room keys stopped working almost every day we were there which caused a severe inconvenience having to go back down to the lobby each time to get new key cards made. Aside from that, things were ok. Cute property, lots of great staff and visitors we met, decent restaurant. Best part of our vacation here was the beautiful beach and views!!

Driving up to the property it could be updated. Maybe a little more love toward the front landscape. There is construction going on in the front, I think they should put a privacy fence, so guest can’t see the mess. But once you check in, the back of the property is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and updated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good the drinks could be a little stronger but not bad. It is a nice getaway hotel or family hotel. We will definitely come back.

The facility was clean and nice but there was limited electricity. The air conditioner was not working properly it was hot, we where on the 7th floor it was hot a humid couldn’t sleep at all !! I told them all they did was say we upgraded you to a better room well no how about refunding me half my stay !! Will not stay there again . Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant you would think they would have some sort of consideration . They should have sent a message ahead of time to notify of this issues so I would have had time to find somewhere else before checking in !!!
