The room was very clean and roomy.. it was well stocked for extended stay.. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the service at the bar/restaurant.. the service at the restaurant was very slow.. we waited 30 minutes to order and get drinks.

We stayed in Sept 28-Fantastic stay! Amazing staff n accommodating! Originally booked Ocean view through Expedia n upon arrival n check in the room we booked did have a view but not the best. Asked if other rooms were available n if would be an option to change room with ocean view n without hesitation the kind staff showed me a different available room with a spectacular view n we chang d in minutes!!! This is the kind of staff you WANT! Every day STAFF said hello from housekeeping to, workers, to front desk whatever!!! Communication was spot on!!! They were doing some upgrades to windows, painting n testing of fire alarms n communicated this by paper, notices daily texts! None of which was even an issue at all !!! Immaculate rooms n grounds n BEACH was awesome Pool was amazing n hot tubs too

The staff was great- they were friendly and attentive! The suites were updated and had all the necessary utensils for our stay! We loved the access to a private beach and the massive pool. The restaurant (run by a third party) was a little pricey, but very convenient! We enjoyed played bingo in the pool in the afternoons :-)

Although it was a 40 min drive to San Juan, we loved the area. The private beach was beautiful! And the food at the restaurant was great. Will definitely come back again
