Very clean room, all rooms face the ocean, I recommend staying on the 3rd floor or above to see the ocean. We stayed on the 5th. Very nice big pool and 2 hot tubs. Staff are amazing! The restaurant has good food and drinks- they are very accommodating to allergies. Gorgeous private beach with chairs for free to use.

Beautiful resort beach but strong rip tide with NO LIFEGUARDS, so don't plan to do much swimming in the surf. Strong rip tide made it difficult to stand up. Also, nice rooms but NO HAND RAILS OR SUPPORTS IN tub/shower. I was told that if we wanted hand rails we should have stayed in a handicapped room. I disagree... people should have something to hold onto when entering or leaving the tub/shower! I hope they fix this. Also, I went to commend the staff of the Mahi Mahi restaurant located on the premises near the beach, especially Rebecca, Manuel, and Wesley. Also, Izimar, Glenn and Hector were very attentive. At the front desk Luis was very helpful. We would stay here again if they install handholds in the bathrooms. But I would never use Expedia again... when we arrived Expedia had not made a reservation for a room for our son who paid for a reservation! He had to stay in our room on the sofa bed. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!
