If you want to stay in a house with all comforts, overlooking the splendid hills and mountains surrounding Velez-Malaga, then you should consider this holiday home as your next destination in Andalusia. Its location ensures a relaxing holiday and, at the same time, its proximity to the main roads (only 500 metres from the A-7205 road) will allow you to explore the nearby villages and reach the fantastic beaches of the Costa del Sol.

This house has been recently renovated, to provide its guests with all the necessary facilities to spend an unforgettable holiday. The cosy living area is divided into a double-ceilinged living room with two sofas and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The open-plan concept allows the whole family to spend time together, watching TV or preparing delicious meals with the kitchenware provided.

The villa has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning hot/cold: the master bedroom has a double bed and access to the fabulous terrace. In the other bedroom, you will find two 90 cm bedrooms and, in the original mezzanine, a double bed. This means that this house can accommodate up to six people. There is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Outside the house, the fantastic terrace will catch your eye and make you fall in love with the breathtaking views of the mountains. The covered porch features an outdoor dining area and, right next to it, you will find a barbecue and a separate toilet. The rest of the panoramic terrace hosts a fabulous private swimming pool, several sun loungers and an outdoor bed where you can sunbathe for as long as you want. Near the fence, there is a cozy outdoor table with chairs, where you will feel in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The access to the house is possible through an asphalted lane.
