Lovely apartment by the sea in front of the beach

Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully furnished. In perfect state of maintenance. With sea views. Very quiet area next to the promenade of Poniente. A mere 50 meters from the beach in front line. Ideal for disconnecting. All rooms are exterior and very bright, facing east and west.
We have an outdoor swimming pool with parasols that are accessible to the disabled. Large interior courtyard for the little ones and pedestrian streets next to the building.
I am available at all times for anything our guests may need. I give them my mobile number and with the possibility of coming in less than half an hour.
Our neighborhood is very quiet, although it is in the periphery it is 5 minutes walking from a Mercadona and all the services that you may need.
There are numerous free parking spaces next to the building. There is no public transport nearby but we are 5 minutes walk.

Torre del Mar review
Overall the property was clean, spacious and quiet location except for building work nearby, our only complaints are the kitchen utensils etc need replacing.

Relaxing and Quiet Location
The apartment is in a quiet location of Torre Del Mar. Very close to the beach and around 10 minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants. The owner was easily contactable and responded to requests promptly. It was very clean and comfortable and is East facing which means that the sun leaves the balcony at around 11.30 a.m. during the winter. There are 3 bedrooms, however, with the current configuration of beds, it is more suited to a maximum of 5 people and not 6. There is a Futon which although it was comfortable it is not suitable as a double bed for two adults. The apartment could benefit from having a Kettle and some saucepans. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend that area of Torre Del Mar for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Sehr schöne, am Strand gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir haben die Wohnung im Februar 2018 gebucht, die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Was uns etwas gestört hat, es war nicht vorgeheizt und durch den Marmorboden recht kühl. Es sind aber drei mobile Heizgeräte vorhanden, diese erfüllten dann auch ihren Zweck, nach ein paar Stunden. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, von dem man den Sonnenaufgang mit Meerblick genießen kann. Bei wärmeren Außentemperaturen kann man direkt darauf frühstücken, Tisch und Stühle sind vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung entspricht leider nur spanischem Standard, die Töpfe haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, man sollte bevorzugt Essen gehen. Zum Frühstücken und kleineren Gerichten reicht es aber allemal. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und Preis/Leistung waren Top.
