Great location in Velikiy
The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the Kremlin, bridge and biggest park. Lots of restaurants and cafés around. Everything looked exactly like in the pictures in Hotels.com The room is small but the bed super comfortable and the mini kitchen is really helpful. We spent 2 nights and we had no housekeeping (we do not know why). We had contact with 3 different people at the front desk: the one with the check in was excellent and spoke fluent English. The second one, no English at all. The one for the check out spoke a little English, enough for explain where to leave the luggage between our check out and the time of our train. However she did not allow us to use any restrooms facilities... So they need some training in customer services.

Отличный отель в самом центре. Напротив входа в кремль, в 10 мин от жд вокзала. Внутри чисто, новая мебель и есть все необходимое.

Удачные 3 дня в В.Новгороде.
Компактный и уютный номер. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Особенно понравилось, что можно готовить самим. Есть все необходимое. Отель очень удачно расположен как в плане проведения экскурсий, так и близкое расположение к остановкам автобуса ( добирались из а/п Пулково ночью). Внимательный персонал, не отказал нам в помощи при возникновении бытовых вопросов. Чисто.

В целом всё понравилось. Удобства в отеле отличные. Номера небольшие, но уютные. Микроволновка, плитка, холодильник, водогрей, эл.обогреватель в ванной. Всё работало исправно.

Отель "София" радует гостеприимством.
Располагается отель возле Кремля - удобно! Сам номер очень компактный и комфортный. Есть мини кухня - это порадовало. Чистота абсолютно везде. Не к чему придраться. Приветливый персонал. Все отлично!

Posizione ottima, camera piccola.
L’albergo è in posizione strategica per la visita del Cremlino e questo è il suo punto di forza. La camera era molto piccola e insufficiente per 4 persone. Il personale non parla inglese e questo può essere un problema, anche se si è dimostrato disponibile nell’assisterci.

к сожалению семейный номер выходит окнами на наверно самый загруженный перекресток в Новгороде. Соответственно, окна не открыть т.к. очень шумно и поэтому пришлось включать кондиционер. + лестница весьма и весьма крутая.

Маленький отель, полностью занимающий небольшой четырёхэтажный (фактически есть три этажа) дом прямо в центре города. Небольшие, но вполне удобные номера. Всё чисто, аккуратно. Кстати, в номерах кондиционеры, что в Великом Новгороде, как оказалось, есть далеко не в каждой гостинице. Единственный минус гостиницы - нет завтраков по причине полного отсутствия кафе (для него просто нет места). Но в номере оборудована небольшая кухня, а в двух шагах несколько заведений с завтраками. Правда, ближайшее (в соседнем доме) работает только с 10:00, а ещё три рядом работают с 9:00. Примечательно: накануне поездки администратор гостиницы отправил мне СМС с вопросом во сколько я планирую заезжать.

Отель понравился очень- расположен в самом центре города, близко достопримечательности и недалеко от вокзала. Приветливый персонал, чистая теплая комната, ( а стояли морозы больше 20 градусов), хороший wi-fi. Остались довольны. Рекомендуем!
