It’s okay, not the best not the worst
It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room.

Overall fine. Pool was closed due to "bad weather" when it was 25 degrees C and blue skies. Breakfast was closed at least 15 minutes before checkout (10 a.m).

Plusy: Hotel położony na uboczu, dobry dla szukających ciszy. Blisko do miasta i na stok, jeśli ktoś jest autem- nie wiem jak z innymi środkami komunikacji, nie sprawdzałam. Minusy: Byliśmy 5 dni a pokój w tym czasie nie był nawet raz sprzątany. Sprzątaczki niby widziałam na korytarzu ale sprzątały one chyba tylko pokoje po gościach, którzy się wymeldowali bo w naszym pokoju nawet śmieci nigdy nie zostały zabrane czy łóżka pościelone. Niestety pokoje nie maja żadnej wentylacji więc zaduch w nocy robi się straszny, choć na dworzu zimno to trzeba uchylać drzwi balkonowe aby jakoś przetrwać. Restauracja ma bardzo ubogie śniadania, jestem wegetarianką więc dla mnie pozostawały tylko bułki, dżem i kilka warzyw. Na obiad poszliśmy tylko raz, menu jest jedno 13 € za dorosłych, 10 € niby za dziecko ( my byliśmy z dzieckiem 8 lat i policzono ją również 13 €), nie ważne czy weźmiesz tylko zupę czy samo drugie danie danie to 13 € będzie policzone. Podsumowując byłam, przeżyłam:) ale więcej już tam nie pojadę i innym też nie będę polecać.

Disappointing.
Disappointing. No idea where they got their supposed 4 stars. Our stay was very disappointing for such a hotel. The apartment we got was shabby, with wall paint peeling off, clear signs of water damage, stains on the bed. The bathroom was in a state itself, with some ick in between most tiles and lack of a shower screen on the bath tub - as well as no attachment for the shower head anywhere. Clearly, proper care is not taken for this property. There is also way too little parking. When arriving in the evening there were no spaces at all. Breakfast was poor too. Not much other than a nice view over the Tatras can be said on the positive side. Oh well, I wouldn't bother to stay here again.

Gorgeous, clean, quiet, Top notch
This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! It is clean and new. The buildings are gorgeous. There is a big kitchenette, dining area, beautiful bathroom and balcony. The decor and ambiance is warm and inviting.The scenery surrounding the hotel is breathtaking. Hikes up the mountains are only a few miles away. The staff is professional, nice and even promptly mailed me the jacket I left there. There are not enough positive words to describe how outstanding this hotel is!! We will definitely come back here!!

Bad Service, Old Room Facilities, Bad Food.
Good points were: 1. Property fout side looks good. 2. Reception Manager who seat inside of the font desk office (Little room on left side) was very good and professional. Bad experiences were: 1. Reception lady at check in never greeted customers; never wanted to provide any information; never smiled; the attitude was feeling like - why you are here disturbing our 'no-customer-night'. Other thing very disturbing was she MUST have the tourist tax 1 euro paid before hand the key to me. Even all my credit card and passport information were with her, and my room was 100% prepaid. And I don't have the 1 euro coin at that moment. Her answer was one word ' NO'. I had to run out to my car, check under the car seat at night. 2. Restaurant, the food was very simple, so called breakfast buffet, 80% percent buffet table was empty. At 9:00 in the morning, there were only 2 customers - us in the restaurant, paid extra 12 Euro for the breakfast. In the limited food area, milk was empty, water was empty, juice was empty. There were two waitresses always chatting happily in the bar, never paid single attention to customers. We kindly asked them to fill the milk for my cereals, she answer was ' wait' (unhappy), then continuously talk tilled the end. 3. Bath room equipment on the picture was looking acceptable. But reality was water leaking out from the glass panel door, robber sealing was old and odored. After every shower, your bathroom floor will be turning into river.

Summer holiday with family, close to the High Tatr
Close to High Tatras. Excellent place to relax and only 8km to drive to the Tatra. The size of the rooms are great and they have a limited kitchen with fridge, microwave and electric hob. The only downside is that the pool/spa has limited access and need to book it ahead.

Spotless room, short drive to the mountains
We chose this place randomly for a last minute trip because Zakopane was pretty booked up. We couldn't have been happier. Our one bedroom apartment was modern and in great shape; the staff was friendly; the location was convenient to hiking and attractions on both sides of the border. The room was plenty big for two adults and two children, and was supplied with dishes, silverware, pots and pans and other necessities we didn't necessarily expect (which is why we brought our own, too.) The other guests were mostly Slovak and Polish families with kids, something to keep in mind if you're looking for a more adult atmosphere. Also, there's a water park with inflatable rides and a big pool on or next to the premises.
