The staff is helpful, kind and friendly; the rooms are beautiful; great location in a quiet neighborhood with at least 2 excellent restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Poor ratio quality/price, I stayed just for one short night (my flight scheduled at 6 am), price is very expensive and shuttle service is really expensive and bus doesn’t stop in front of the terminal … you have to walk from a far parking to reach the terminal. I don’t advise a stay in this hotel, you can find possibilities around the airport

The location was great for either walking or a short shuttle ride to/from the airport. The on-site restaurant food and service was great! The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The downfall is no or low sound proofing between rooms and a gap at the bottom of the door. Plane traffic declined overnight but could still be heard. The late arrival and loud occupants in the room next to ours woke us and kept us up for over an hour.

This hotel was very nice for an overnight stay before our cruise. I recommend using their shuttle service to get to and from the airport. It was difficult to walk to the hotel from the airport. There was a lot of traffic and you had to stay on the sidewalks which were difficult to negotiate.

A quiet and pastoral feel only 1/2 mile from Marco Polo Airport. The perfect layover to catch an early morning departure. The staff is most courteous and helpful. The small restaurant was better than any in Venice. A real find for weary travelers.

The service was outstanding! When we checked in on a rainy day, they provided umbrellas and walked us to our room, then demonstrated how to turn on lights. So accommodating! Our rooms were both in the separate building and were very comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were delicious and convenient. The hotel buildings and grounds are very pleasant but the area around the hotel is undeveloped. We stayed there both arriving and departing from Venice and appreciated the nearby bus stop. Tips: Purchase AVM bus tickets at the Marco Polo Public Transportation Office near Arrivals before taking the shuttle to the hotel and then take the #5 bus from the stop near Annia Park into Venice. Much cheaper than using ATVO from the airport. Also, ask the front desk for directions if you choose to walk back to the airport.

Best Airport Hotel
The Annia Park is a perfect little hotel if you are doing a short term stay in Venice. We arrived early and they accommodated an early check-in. We were able to return our car rental at the airport and were within walking distance from the hotel. I was impressed by how incredibly helpful the front desk staff was and additionally, we were warmly greeted by the lady who was cleaning rooms.

Property was very easy to walk to and from the airport, room was clean, small but fine for one person. The air con wasn’t working very well but I opened the windows up and that was sufficient. I had dinner in the restaurant when I arrived around 9pm- food was excellent and the service was good! Breakfast served in the morning was amazing and perfect before a big travel day. Would definitely recommend for a stay over if you need to be close to the airport!
