We were supposed to check out at 11am. We had a big inconvenience and advice the hotel that we will get there by 2pm. When We arrived, the receptionist starting to yell, that he will call the police on us, that he wants 50€, that we can’t get out stuff. We asked if that penalty is written It was terrifying and scary as he suggest we didn’t get to speak, let alone he refused that we pay. If you are a person of Colour please stay away from the his place, it was the most terrifying experience.

Прикольный отель. Очень рад что брал именно его.рядом от всех туристических мест и в тоже время возле него не ходят толпы туристов,что хорошо сказывается на хорошем сне ночью.рядом в 20 метрах не дорогой магазин. Вообщем рекомендую.

Well located comfortable and clean small quality hotel. They check in was well managed considering late arrival and they helped by holding suitcases for late departure. The bed was super comfy too.

Nice little hotel with easy access to airport
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Our room was small but adequate for 3 people. It was kept very neat and clean. The simple breakfast was better than expected. The area is quiet and it is an easy walk to the airport boat. There is also a supermarket and affordable eating options nearby.

It’s perfect. Very unique, clean and comfortable. Short walk to boats and everything else but in a quiet location. Reception and breakfast lady were very nice. Will stay here every time if we come back to Venice.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect part of Venice, staff are really friendly and knowledgable, the hotel even offers a free boat service to the island of Murano. Great city, great hotel can’t wait to return.
