The property itself, hotel rooms, dining area including the staff were ok, it’s clean but for some reason there’s a certain unpleasant smell as you enter the hotel. I was supposed to have a VIP access, booked 3 rooms with a bottle of wine per room included but had to ask for it twice. Stayed at Hotel Tritoni at the end of my cruise vacation to pretty much see and go around Venice, I was tired and just needed a clean bed/room to sleep in.. The hotel is more than acceptable, staff were very pleasant!

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Fillipo was good humoured and efficient at check-in. In the morning, the lady was also very kind and we left our bags while we were exploring Venice. We had to change our plans for our departure due to a train strike. We were welcome to stay in the lobby and use the free wifi to book a flixbus for the evening. There was free tea in the lobby too, which was nice after a long day. The train station (also buses and coaches) across the road and good restaurants very close by. Breakfast was buffet style, mainly sweet, but good quality. Nice coffee and scrambled eggs. We had superior triple room - comfy beds (the king size extra large), nespresso machine and complementary minibar. Odd that there was only two of everything (bathrobes, slippers, bath towels) but, as we arrived late and stayed only one night, we didn’t really need more. I’m sure they would have been offered if we’d asked. Thank you.

Wonderful helpful front desk staff (we needed a taxi for 04:00 AM). Excellent location across from train station (very easy to drop our bags and then head into old Venice). Several dining options within an easy walk. Room itself was tight but perfect for 1 night.

Great hotel location and easy transport links
Good location. Easy transport links into Venice with only €1.50 train ride to main Venice which is a 10 minute train ride. We also arrived by car so the hotel has a multi level car park which offer a discounted rate. Room we had was okay and comfortable. Friendly staff and extremely helpful too. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next trip back

Conveniently, located across the road from Mestre Station. Not much dining close by and the local area felt a little dodgy. Beware if you stay on the top floor as the A/C machinery can be heard at night.
