Very good

Ideally located in Venice, this apartment is perfect for family. A little bit outdated, we stayed 3 days and had a great time. Only issue to correct, the WIFI is terrible
Room was spacious but it is older, TV was about 20 years old, furniture was basic, dryer did not work (we were never informed when we booked in), it is close to everything in Venice and overlooks canal. Geraldine was an excellent hostess and she was the only reason review was good. I would say to anybody looking for a place to scout more but be willing to spend a little more money
The visit didn't start out well as we were one hour delayed so we had to delay our meet up time, and then they said that the credit card did not go through that day so we had to pay cash. After all the paperwork was done though we were able to enjoy this spacious apartment. Wifi was a little slow but otherwise the location is perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.
The booking agent responded quickly to any questions we had. She sent someone to meet us at the water bus stop. We did not know there is a huge difference in the water taxi and water bus so we were later getting there but she patiently waited for us. Very short distance to take our bags to the apartment. There is a set of 21 stairs to lug bags up but the greeter helped us which was great! The room has everything we needed including a fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, blow dryer etc. The balcony terrace was fantastic! It was the perfect room for us!

Well located unit
Our unit had been double booked for the first night so we were provided a different unit of lower standard. No prior advice, refund on price difference or options offered. Unit and furniture was older but clean. Focus on beds, so only one comfortable chair. Pleasing Canal and bridge views one onside. Great to throw open the windows and shutters but beware the mosquitos. Front door area from Calle is very dark of a night so mobile phone or small torch is useful for light to find lock.
