Very clean, private home in Venice Gardens, Florida. Amazing location. 2 bed 2 bath (2 additional semi private beds in enclosed lanai that has central air) with Solar heated screened in pool, with FREE WIFI. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches, great restaurants and shopping. Newly painted on the inside and out. New hybrid mattresses! We have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, new pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You just need to get a few groceries and you will be at home here. All bath towels, bed linens and pool towels are provided. We have a professional cleaning company come in after every listing and they use the best products available to ensure our guest’s safety for a worry free visit. There is a fenced pet area off the screened in pool area for your fur baby to run without a leash.

Fantastic Home for a Family
We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for the 5 of us. It is super well-equipped with items many Vrbo’s do not have—for the kitchen, bedrooms, beach, and pool. The home was lovely. It was well stocked and spacious. Little personal touches by the owners were so nice. Location was close to nearby beaches and restaurants/shopping. Wonderful Location, Close to Everything
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and already have a future stay booked. It is very clean has everything you'd need for a stay. It is close to downtown Venice and all of the beaches. The fact it is pet-friendly allows us to bring our dog instead of needing to board her, makes it worth it. Our son loves the pool and we enjoy the house just to relax after a day hunting for fossils. We will definitely return again and again.

Impromptu Staycation
My family, my pets and I had a wonderful time here! The minute we got there, it felt like home. House is well equipped and maintained, and it’s located in a great and safe neighborhood. Our New Favorite!
We visit the Venice area often and now we’ve found our new favorite place to stay. First off the hosts are very nice, friendly and welcoming. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4 and I would think a few more without being cramped or crowded. Private, spacious rooms, modern with a beach flare throughout the house and the pool was such a bonus after hitting the beach. Location is key and this house is within10 mins from the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to visit again.

Comfortable home, convenient location.
This was our second stay at this house. It is well stocked with all the kitchen supplies you might need. This is also a supply of paper plates for convenience. The owners are quick to respond to questions. There is a small fenced in yard and our dog loved the place. We appreciate a rental that will allow our pet. We enjoyed the pool, with nice privacy screen and poolside seating offerings. It is within minutes of the beaches in the Venice area as well as shopping.

Overall just Fantastic. The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, all needed amenities. The property is well maintained and taken care of. The location is perfect.... Restaurants and stores within 2 minute drive. Historic Downtown Venice and the beach is within 5-10 minute drive. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. Perfect place for family with a dog. This house is awesome!! All you need is a personal chef and a cabana boy to bring you drinks by the awesome pool! Michelle is the best aways answers any question you have about her house or things in the area!!!! The house is very clean and very comfy as soon as you walk in the door!!! “Comfy private home In Venice, Florida - Solar Heated Pool, Minutes From the Beach” is among our most pleasant surprises since we started wintering in Venice Gardens! When we search VRBO to book anywhere, among our primary filters are “highly rated for cleanliness” and “premium owner.” Tony & Michells’s property is Both! We lean toward properties which are owned and attentively-cared for by a couple or individual owner, versus “one of a dozen or more” properties being rented out by a group (or LLC) of “investors” who may rely upon less attentive and over-booked cleaning services. Owner-hosts Tony and Michelle obviously care much about and look very closely after their property; and, Michelle’s communications are stellar, from accessibility to response times. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and everyone we encountered are pleasant to meet or quick to smile and wave, etc. The fenced dog run / play area the owners have installed adjacent to the house can be a heaven send as most dog owners already know and with actual grass throughout the run, and not hot sand, etc. (No small feat in the FL heat!) But, it is this homes proximity to “Bark Beach” that really hit the mark for our little guy; we reveled in quick visits for him to romp on the beach for just about every sunset; wonderful memories - Thank You, Tony & Michelle - WE REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING!

A slice of Heaven
We drove down from NC on Christmas Day and arrived at a super clean house and just as it was described online. Super comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping. They provided staple items at their home for our use. They really thought of everything! Our son tried the pool out one time and it was just too cold- unfortunately Florida was having some really chilly weather while we were visiting. Michelle was very responsive to my messages. We really had zero issues and a lovely stay! We would definitely come back and stay again and again. We are rested and ready to start our New Year. You won’t go wrong with this house!
