The room is comfortable and clean. It's on the ground floor, so no need for an elevator, just a few stairs up to the main level. There is a small fridge and a tv. At the windows you can close the wooden shutters for more privacy. The bathroom is an ok size with a towel warmer.
Hotel is located close to Mestre city center. I recommend a walk around the city centre, and if you're there on the weekend, check out the couple open air stalls.
The staff are friendly but you can only reach them by email or call if you need something, they are not in the office 24 hours. But all the info I needed I got in the first few minutes of checking in. Also if there is anything wrong at nights, you have to wait till the next morning to get it fix.
You are given a couple keys to get into your room, and the card attached to the keys must be in the slot to get power to the room. So you can't lock or unlock the door with the lights on.
