Nothing was good during my stay at this hotel. I would recommed people to find any other place they can but avoid this hotel. 1 - During my stay the wifi didnt work, they would fix it during my entire stay. Wifi is essential in today's time, i missed very important work and meetings because of lack of wifi. 2 - I asked the housekeeping to change the bed sheets as they were dirty after the first night but they didn't ever do that, i could see visible dirty shoe prints on the sheet 3 - Both the elevators were out of order and we had to carry our luggage and stroller and baby down 3 floors without any help. Complete lack of hospitality!! Never had such an experience

We decided to stay here to avoid the hassles associated with staying in Venice city center, where you have to park your car outside the city, take a boat to get as close as possible to your hotel. It was a big mistake. The hotel is hard to find: no Hilton sign, hidden in a building, no matter if the building is at the very corner of the first block when entering Mestre. It took 10 minutes of driving around to figure out where to park and where the main entrance was (near the hotel, there is another hotel that is very well indicated). The area is absolutely (no kidding, I have lived everywhere in the world and there are few spots where I felt that ugly feelilng) not safe; you have to constantly watch your surroundings with a significant population of immigrants and people with unclear intentions. We initially thought the staff was (very) unfriendly because we had to adapt to local manners (each region has its own behavioral code), but after a few more days in the Veneto region with many positive interactions, we concluded that the Hilton crew was just unfriendly and cold. Let me be clear: they were not impolite, just very unwelcoming. The hotel is part of the Hilton chain and provides basic Hilton perks, nothing more. If you expect the typical "Hilton" warmth, you are in the wrong place. Maybe Hilton should invest in this property and provide some hospitality training for the staff.

The hotel was fantastic. A very stylish and high end hotel and service. The staff are the best part. Very helpful offering personal tips for travel with buses, taxis and maps. Just beautiful people! Oh and the food was excellent too, loved the breakfasts.

Recently refurbished. Staff were great. Cheery and helpful. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with all you could need. Hotel is 10 mins walk from rail station and 20 mins from Mestre centre with its square and nice place to drink coffee and eat.I would certainly recommend this hotel

The room smelled of chemicals (probably paint), room was barely furnished and zero decorations. Very few outlets and NONE near the bed. No hair dryer. When we asked for one, the receptionist said it should be attached to the wall in the bathroom!! Of ourse it wasnt, thats why we asked.The toilet stall was aquardly crowded in a small space right near the door and potentially get slammed by it. At breakfast, we were told we couldnt bring any food from the restaurant jn our room. When I asked how about the coffee, the manager told me I had coffe in the room. When I told Him that was instant not coffee he told OK but I had to bring back the cup! Also, they didnt want to take AMEX . The hotel is currently under construction as well. Lastly, during the late evening/night, the emergency/fire alarm went off but there was no anouncement offering any explanation/advice. I had to run in my pyjamas to the desk and ask. It was a malfunction of a sensor. Poor experience.

The room was quite cold, and the walls allowed all noises from outside to be heard. In our room 301, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The staff was very friendly and professional. However, the surroundings didn't meet my expectations.
