We loved our stay here. It was a few minutes walking distance from St Marks, Rialto Bridge and all the places in Venice that we wanted to visit. The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff are very nice and the included breakfast buffet was quite good.

Disappointing
We splurged on this hotel thinking it was going to be great. It was not! For the amount we spent on the room I wish we stayed somewhere else. We were supposed to have. A balcony it was a window looking out. The room itself was spacious but the bed was awful. It was like sleeping on a hard box. Both my husband and myself woke up with back pain. My daughter had a pull out sofa that was all springs. I paid for one night the amount I got an air b&b in Tuscany for a week. Very disappointing. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. It was in a great location but I think most hotels are in good locations there.

We were pleasantly pleased with this hotel. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights with another couple in September. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast had more than enough to choose from. The lobby is quite nice and they have a cute little area with a table and 2 chairs overlooking one of the canals. You can watch the gondolas go by which is quite nice. The rooms we were in were very small but clean. The shower was super small even for me being 5 ft 3in and 110 lbs but, I managed. The location was very convenient. Close to port and main tourist areas. We did not find it loud considering the location which was great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel.
The hotel and the staff were wonderful! They were ready to help you 24 hors a day. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was very comfortable except for the very firm mattresses. We enjoyed our stay.

I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone went over and above to accommodate us. They were friendly and very helpful with an questions and too exceptional care of us. I would definitely stay there again. Great location and close to everything.

The location was very good, with about a 5 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. Our room overlooked the canal with gondolas going by, sometimes with fantastic singers! The front desk staff were very nice and arranged some transportation for us. The downside was the bed in the second bedroom- it was horrible! It was a fold-out couch that had broken arms and completely broken down in the middle of frame. It looked like it was 20 years old and was really uncomfortable for our adult son. The bedding had just 1 ratty, rough blanket for each bed. The other downside was a massive sewage leak on the main floor by the dining room. The sewage smell was unbearable, do we left for the day. The staff never talked to us about it or told us what was happening. We thought we would have to change hotels, but it was resolved by that evening. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at for our 3-wk trip, and we expected better amenities, and especially a decent bed and plumbing.

Our room with the canal view was wonderful! It was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The downside is a very hard mattress and flat pillows. The staff were friendly and helpfull and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!
