When we entered the room, we found a wasps infestation in our bathroom; we counted 21 of them on the window, flying around and occasionally landing on us. We notified the concierge immediately, and he promised to take care of it. When we returned in the evening, the wasps were still there so we had to use alternative accommodation. We haven't touched the bed or used their breakfast. When my husband brought up this issue at checking out, explaining that this info would be in the review, the concierge just said - so be it, and walked away. No apologies, nothing.

Great place! It is so close to everything and was exactly what we were looking for. Just a block away from San Marco’s Square and tons of cool places and restaurants. Our room was cute and cleanly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Basic property, clean but tired. You are paying for the location which is very good. Saw no staff at my hotel check in and basic breakfast were across the road. Staff not overly helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel in poor condition
Room 101 was very dark, furniture from the 70th, shower head very low and couldn’t be moved. Not suitable for people over 1.6 m. Broken doors for wardrobe and mini fridge. Bed was comfortable and location perfect, but I would not go back to this hotel.

I had room 402. Room was quaint but had everything I needed. There was a cute little balcony overlooking a courtyard in the back. The shower made everything wet and leaked into the room, but maybe I didn’t shut the door tightly. Make sure you stash everything you don’t want wet-including the toilet paper! The only “complaint” I have is I couldn’t figure out the heat/thermostat. Maybe it’s just me and my American ways. I could hear the family next door through my walls, but maybe it was just their kids being loud. Otherwise, this was an amazing find.
