Nice little hotel, small rooms but understandable being on an island. Steps away from the train station and restaurants and the Canal. Breakfast included and free luggage storage. We stayed one night and are happy with the overall experience.

Hotel perfectly located in Venice center to tour the city. Close to train station, vaporetto, restaurants and shops in the heart of historical center. Personnel very kind, welcoming and flexible to keep our bags before check in and after check out.

The location is good, close to the train station. Hotel staff was very kind. Just hotel building is old and not up to date in bathroom and all interior. The walls are thin. I could hear everything from the next room. I was able to sleep because I was so tired from the heat and traveling. Otherwise, I might not be able to sleep because of the noise.

Du bor centralt lätt att ta sig till busstationen, båt och andra sevärdheter! Vanlig Continental frukost så inte så där jättemycket men väldigt trevligt många människor i rörelse , vi kom vid 01.40 inte så mycket folk ute direkt men kändes säkert !

Great location: close to train station and in a bustling tourist area. Woman at reception desk was extremely helpful and called to order a taxi for our very early morning departure. We left too early for the breakfast, so not sure how that was.

Very close to the train station, which is important as you see others struggling with luggage over the bridges. Rooms are small but sufficient for just sleeping. Front desk staff are very friendly.

Good location for train station
Not a reflection on the hotel but there is no English speaking channel in Italy and with so much going on in the world, it is unsettling to be in the dark! Thank goodness for cell phones.

Look, it was Venice - Canal city. The room was very small and aircon did not work. Told this to the Spanish concierge who did her best to fix the problem. She shifted us to another room for the second night. Don't leave windows open or mosquitoes will bite. Rooms have no bar fridge...another disadvantage.
