Love the hotel. Came at a quiet time, so nothing was busy. Best time to visit Italy and Venice in late Nov. Walkable to everywhere. Highly recommended.

We got an apartment and it was in a separate building without any elevator. We had to climb multiple stairs (steep) with kids. The apartment was so so - not 5 star. The view of the canal was good. When we mentioned this to the staff they were kind enough to move us to the main building. This had elevator access and room was better. Breakfast was good. Also the entry to the hotel was unclear - there was no sign board in the front. Overall good service but rooms were so so.

Amazing location and view. Very good service and accommodation. We stayed at a 2b 2b apt and you need to go upstairs no elevator but loved the room. They bring your luggage up so that is convenient

Nice room but my partner found it was a little bit dark. I love the turndown service and a thoughtful amenity in the room for my birthday. I wish I could see the whole building of the hotel as it was under construction or something.

The location is clean, newly renovated and the staff are very nice. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and points of interest. Breakfast is pretty good. The bar/ lounge has a happy vibe and I would give credit to the bartender David for the positive energy. Drinks are very creative. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property seemed like A Airbnb, it was at the side of the hotel building, to get to the room you have to get up to many tiny stairs (not comfortable at all), and one shower was not working (shouldn’t rent it like that ) , the front desk Tried to help but it was to late , the breakfast was good ,

The location is great, views of the grand canal, the breakfast buffet is incredible and the coffees were delicious. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

This was a gorgeous hotel! Staff were fantastic and helped us arranged water taxis. The breakfast was excellent. The view was beautiful. My only issue was we rented a 2 bedroom and it was on the second floor with no elevator. They helped us with luggage but with a guest that has difficulty walking up the stairs it was a challenge
