The price was good. The breakfast was excellent. It is not actually comfortable walking distance from the Mestre train station in my opinion. Especially if you have luggage. We had a car so it worked out for us.

Closeness to train station , very nice staff especially especially the kitchen staff!!! Very lovely staff!!! Reception is fine , they can improve their communication, probably smile a little bit ,,, i know its so busy and they are stressed out. Very satisfied!!!

Hotel Cancelled Reservation Hours Before Our Stay
We stayed here on a past trip to Venice and it was very good. On this occasion, we were on our way to the hotel, traveling from Florence, to check in, when we received an email from Hotels.com indicating the hotel had cancelled our reservation. It turns out that the hotel has change ownership and wasn't honoring existing reservations (although our stay was fully paid in advance). So at midnight we were on the phone with Hotels.com trying to find alternative accommodations in the Venice area. Finally found a hotel and got checked in...well past midnight.

We arrived very late 9:45pm from mestre station near the hotel. Mixed reviews about the hotel underground. From station go underground, very safe and clean. Also near bus stop. The hotel and the room very clean, good breakfast, 24/7 staff, quick check in and out. Room 140

This hotel was perfect location and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay. Would have like a different type of sausage. They were like hot dogs. But that’s the only issue with this trip and it’s a very very minor one. The coffee was good every morning.

This property is near a train station. We were placed in the older part of the hotel next to an elevator so it was as pretty loud when in use. The hotel is older and did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Shower barely worked which was better than the wifi which didn't work at all. Also cancelled my booking a couple of days before I was due to arrive. Worked it out and stayed there anyway, hotel sent several emails advising of a higher price. Did not pay it because we had already booked and paid in advance. Many other places to choose so do yourself a favour and choose one of them.
