Not worth the price. A run down tenement flop house.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Filthy and no wifi
The cleanliness of this place leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom is filthy. No wifi, even though this was listed as an amenity. We tried to contact the proprty about this by phone and whatsapp but they never even bothered to respond. After we had received the keys, they disappeared and were nowhere to be seen for the rest of our stay (1 night). Cannot recommend
Very good location to both the train station and supermarkets. Staff was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
The place is very convenient to the bus station, it takes you right to Venice St.Lucia.
I like this place, it’s nice and clean. You can tell the place is well taken care of. It has windows with a nice views.
The staff is very attentive and extremely polite. On the day of our arrival, he provided us with a map and was as kind to direct us to landmarks and give us recommendations.
The one thing I would have to warn is that if you are going in after check in hours, you should have your own local phone as the hotel doesn’t use what’s up. The locals aren’t keen of letting others use their phones and you’ll have a hard time contacting the owner if you don’t bring your phone.
Not a nice room. Shared bathroom. You get what you pay for .

Excellent location - just a stone’s throw from bus stop where a bus will take you to Piazzale Roma in about ten minutes. Good local shops close by too. But no air conditioning - only a small fan in the large room and it was 30 degrees, even at 1am! Would probably be a great hotel outside of the summer months.
Great hotel. Big room, comfortable bed and pillows.
Easy to find, close to main street and Mestre's bus station.
Shared bathroom is clean. Shower works great, hot water. Towels are a little small though.
Friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met in a hotel. Thank you for such a great attention!
WiFi didn't work in the room.
Best price in town: 26€/night.
Close to restaurants, bars, shops and bus stops.
Such a shame guests here seem not to understand there's more people in the hotel. Loud talking and slamming doors at 02:00. People playing music in the shared bathroom at 07:00... No respect at all.

We were disappointed when we asked for a double bed and got two singles. It was super uncomfortable to sleep. Also the room was too hot but we couldn't open the window just a little bit. It would open hugely so we had to keep it closed otherwise we would be too cold.
The facilities are horrible. The place is right next to a restaurant or bar so it’s really loud. I got very little sleep and ended up covered in bed bug bites. They didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge me when I messaged them to tell them about the bed bugs. Don’t stay here.
I stayed in a room which was overheated all through the day and night. There was a persistent smell and daily/nightly visits from BED BUGS, who appear and disappear by the hour only to leave you waking up to a body full of bumps and bruises courtesy of an all night blood sucking experience.
The experience is sure to provide you with all the itches you could want and a long lasting impression of venice.
The website (expedia) did not tell us the hotel had shared bathrooms. The description said facilitates include bathroom thats it. When we got to the accommodation we had to share a public toilet with 4 other rooms. Then we said we did not want to but they said if we changed we had to pay more. The staff was very unfriendly like asking them for any help was a big problem for them. Whenever we asked for something he would just make a face. Not a good experience.
