Very quiet area and very close to the train station. Decent breakfast. Bed took up most of area in room. Comfortable bedding, pillows. Had to knock off a star due to ice cold water in shower. Sink had hot water but not the shower. Did not use the wifi. If you’re coming into Venice by train, this is a good option…but, check to see if there is an elevator. We were on the 2nd floor and had some steps…but not bad. (they call this floor 1 as the ground floor is 0.)

Overall this was a very good experience/stay. Staff was attentive and helpful. The building has no elevator . You have to take your lagage up the stairs by yourself. Breakfast was a plus. Close to train station and ferry.

Clean room, on the small side but what would you expect? You are in Venice. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and will come back if in Venice.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Allows bag storage. Close to train station and car taxi drop off. May need to take a water taxi across the canal if you have too many bags to climb the steps on the footbridge from the car drop off.

Terrible customer service. I checked out on morning of 18 June and left my luggage with the hotel. Returned around 3pm to collect left luggage - had terrible stomache ache and walked to the toilet. The lady retrieved my luggage but told me the toilet is out of order. Told her I cannot wait and asked if there other toilet or perhaps a toilet in a room which I could use. She replied coldly that even if she had a tummy ache, she has no choice but to hold it in. The solution she could offer was to go the the toilet at the railway station. As my stomach couldn’t wait, I rushed off to the railway station ( 2-3 min walk). But there were no signage for toilets. After asking a few people working at the station, a security personnel finally directed me to the cafe - it is the ONLY place with toilets. I had to buy something in order to get a token to access the toilet - I almost soiled myself. What a harrowing experience the hotel made me go through. The moment one checks out of the hotel, even if you have left luggage - the hotel no longer considers you their customer and couldn’t care less about you. I wondered what customer training the Management puts their staff through. I had wanted to give a good review as my stay was a pleasant one but the last few hours totally ruined my experience with the hotel.

Could use some small changes but overa great!
Employees are wonderful and the location is great for the train station. The shower grout has mould in it, the rooms are very small and they offer a dual shower gel/shampoo with no conditioner and the beds are super firm (which is typical for Europe) but my pregnant back was not having it.
