Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

We had a lovely stay at this darling little apartment. We travelled as a family of 4 (two adults, 2 younger children) and it was perfectly suited for us. The upstairs lofted area was so fun and perfect for our children. The apartment was clean and nicely stocked to make your stay comfortable. We really liked the location. It was quiet at night time and easy to access all the attractions by foot in the daytime. Communication with the host was excellent. She made sure she was always available for any questions we may have had. Check in instructions were well explained well in advance and she had someone meet us at at the water taxi/vaparetto stop and walk us over the the apartment which was very helpful. Venice with all its small streets and alleyways, I think it may have been confusing to locate the apartment if there was no chaperon. So having the chaperon meet us at the water bus stop was much appreciated. I would recommend this cute and comfortable accommodation to any couple or small family traveling to Venice. We really enjoyed it.

The location of this place is what made it incredible for us. It was small, but you should expect that in Venice. The place was comfortable. The two beds upstairs were small and under a very low ceiling. We didn’t spend much time there and my two teenage kids slept upstairs so it wasn’t bad. The main bedroom and bed were quite comfortable. The property manager told us which boat to take from the train station and met us at the stop to walk us to the unit. That was very helpful as we definitely would’ve been lost without him. The apartment gets stuffy so we slept with the windows open, but ended up being bitten by mosquitoes. The next night we turned on the AC instead. However, I woke up when it started making a loud noise and then began leaking all over the floor. I reached out to the host and property manager. I was thanked and told they’d send someone out to look at it. That didn’t happen during our stay, but I’m sure it takes time to get a technician out. Luckily we were staying in March, so we were fine without it. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be right in the middle of things in Venice.

We had a great two nights stay at this apartment in Venice. The apartment is exactly as described on the website. It was clean and well stocked. The bedroom was very comfortable and quite dark, which I appreciate since I often have trouble sleeping. It was on a quiet, small courtyard. We were met at the water bus by the host friend who helped us with our luggage on the way to the apartment, which was very kind of her. It’s a short five minute walk from the Rialto water bus stop.The apartment is well located to visit all of the usual tourist locations in Venice. Many good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would happily stay here again.

I really like this apartment. It was pretty big and had about everything. This apartment was tucked away from the busy street so it was quiet.Not a lot of noise which I really appreciate . The host was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.Yet it was still in the center and walking distance to everything. The apartment had mostly all the essentials. Bonus for having a washer. I was only staying there by myself but this apartment can fit about 5 people or more. I didn’t expect much but got more. Location is great!

The perfect location

This accommodation was located very close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus stop making it extremely convenient to tour around. Tucked away off a side street made it less noisy in the evening, great for relaxing. The size of the apartment is perfect for a single family. Everything we needed was available and the welcome book was packed with helpful tips. This is on the third floor, so you will definitely get your steps in!

Pictures look different than apartment. And while it does have AC there’s only one mini split. Upstairs was warm. There were descrepancies with how much money we owed for extra guest and tax. Message said one thing and prop manager asked for higher. Location was great.

Comfortable and Quiet

We loved our stay at this apartment near the Rialto. Just far enough away from the crowds, you can easily get back to the Rialto area, or go the opposite direction and wander quiet streets. Upon leaving, we had our Taxi driver pick us up at a dock that was much closer than Rialto which we could get to with our bags without going over any steps, which was terrific. The AC worked well (including up in th loft area!) given it was very hot during our visit. We also appreciated having a washer and adequate drying racks.
