Beautiful property almost new, had all amenities inside the room. Wonderful kitchenette, bed sheet and bed were as comfortable as it comes. After touring all day a shower and hitting this bed was a rap. I do not have any complaint. No daily housekeeping but you can request new towels etc. would I stay there again, Definately!!!!!

Was good for the night. Nice king bed but room was a little tight and hot upon arrival. AC was a little tricky to operate. Location is convenient being close to the train station but not a great area to walk around. Dining options were limited and fair.

Solid option near the city
This is a good option for families, especially with younger children. The two pull out couches converted into small, twin beds, a little difficult for my adult children However, the reception is very efficient, friendly, and speaks English. Additionally, having laundry services on the premises was a great benefit One thing to note is any snacks purchased in the lobby are extremely expensive. The hotel is well situated to the train station and bus area.

Overall the size of the room was good. BUT AC did not work, electricity only worked when room key was inserted as you walk into the hotel, every night we were dying of heat while sleeping. Elevator was soooo slow, almost missed our train because it was taking so long. The location is great & everything’s modern but the AC not working ruined it for us. our devices did not charge when we left the room as the electricity turned off every time the key card was pulled out.

I stayed here for two weeks and really liked it. It was not busy in the reception area at all. I had a clog in my shower when I first arrived and they fixed it immediately. I did hear the other rooms a little bit (mostly their doors closing) but it wasn't bad enough that I couldn't relax. The staff was also extremely friendly. It is also close to the train station (5-8 minutes walking) which is a plus.

We really liked our stay at Staycity. The room was very spacious, with two single sofa beds, which was perfect for a family of four. The location was also very practical, near the station so we could visit central Venice and then take the train to our next destination. Highly recommended

I debated on this property vs the brand new family style hotel next door for my family of three young children and husband. After reading the rave reviews , I went with Staycity and was extremely disappointed. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms full of mildew with water flying everywhere during a shower, the window wouldn’t close/seal properly so the noise from the train station and traffic was incredibly loud. I can’t understand how it was rated 4 stars. The condition is far from it. My children and I all woke up with allergies from the ac, there were stains on the towels, nothing seems well maintained at all for a five year old property. The only silver lining was Rose who checked us in and was so very sweet and helpful. Other that that I would definitely never return to this property.
