It was a very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious with big windows. No elevator which was to be expected. The breakfast was good in the morning. Cant go wrong with Cappuccino and pastrys in the morning! Decent location. Bit far from everything but again its never easy with the amount of walking and how much luggage you brought. I probably wpuld have chosen either closer to the train station next time just to keep our walking with our luggage to a minimum.

Family owned property thats offers basic, safe lodging for good value. The breakfast table is outstanding! The location is away from the usual tourist neighborhoods but the nearby waterbus is 10 minutes from Rialto or St. Marks. Dorsoduro neighborhood.

My room was cozy, comfortable, with a view of the courtyard. Breakfast was decent, with a selection of pastries, chees/cold cuts, yogurt/cereals. It provided enough variety to start the day. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their friendly demeanor really enhanced my stay. The location is not too busy/noisy, but convenient for walking to most attractions. I would consider returning if I'm in Venice again.

A beautifully old hotel in a great location.
A beautifully old-fashioned hotel in the centre of the Dorsoduro district. My room was small but comfortable, and a decent breakfast was included in the price of the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, very good value for money considering the location, and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is in a great location right by the water and within easy walking distance of public transport (train station, bus and ferry) and the town centre. The hotel was clean and tidy and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Not very close to grand canal. Lot of stairs with no lift. Staff was helpful and nice and property is fine but if you’re getting up there in age it’s a bit inconvenient that’s all

Quaint venetian hotel, beautifully presented and welcoming. The location was perfect, the hosts were welcoming and so helpful. The breakfast was a variety of delights prepared with care and served with kindness. I would come back here again and again, highly recommend.

Great little hotel at a reasonable price. Everything we needed. Breakfast was a bonus and pretty good (continental style but plenty of options). Location had lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was compact but comfortable. A little noise from the street but not bad. We just used earplugs. For central Venice at the price I would recommend and consider staying again here.

Tivoli Hotel was exactly how it was advertised. Everything was walkable and some good spots close by. Breakfast was good nice and simple just to get something in before you start your dad. I had the room right by the court yard and even with people eating you couldn’t hear them. Room is small but it was enough space for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly and housekeeping really takes care of the place.

Great Economical Option
For the price, this is a great spot to stay. I was in Venice to view the Biennale as a solo traveler. I felt safe. Location was in a somewhat busy spot but room was generally quiet. Complimentary breakfast was helpful. My room was tiny, but I anticipated it would be and the air conditioning was a major plus. My only real complaint is that the toilet nearest my room had an extremely difficult time flushing solids. Pretty gross. These European toilets are trying so hard to be “eco friendly” that they lose function. Not ideal. Other than that, there wasn’t an issue with the whole shared bathroom thing. I never saw anyone else coming or going.
