This place is freshly renovated into a modern industrial look. In a prime location near downtown venice & only about 6 miles away from the venice beach. There is also a public pool a few blocks down from the home. Plenty of great restaurants & grocery stores near the area.
There is a shared patio where you can have nice grilled meal or just sit back & relax.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, lots to explore and a very friendly neighborhood.
