The apartment located in Venice, in the district of Santa Croce, near the ancient church of San Simeon Grande.
The apartment is in a central area very easy to reach from the train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal of Venice) and very well connected to every area of the city. Most of the attractions are walking distance from the apartment however there is also at less than 100 meters from the apartment the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" from where you can reach any place in Venice without having to walk.
The apartment is large (130 square meters) and has just been completely refurbished. It is equipped with all comforts, three 51 inch televisions, air conditioning and wi-fi. There are 2 bedroom with King size (each bedroom also has a single bed). Each bedroom has a 51 inch smart TV, AC and free wifi. There is a spacious living room with 51 inch flat TV, AC and free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, etc.), a dining room and large bathroom.

Charming spot for first time in Venice
Spacious and clean, loved the 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. Great kitchen. Nice AC except livingroom unit hose needed to be connected better to the wall. Convenient, quiet location. It was so nice to be met at the pier and an easy walk with all our luggage to the apartment .We would certainly stay there again.

Quiet spot
My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that.

Property was in excellent condition and clean. 20 minute walk from San Marco. Many restaurant options around. Smart TV did not work. Steep stairs for big luggage. Host assistant delivered keys but was not able to answer any questions.

This is a big, beautiful apartment in Venice which is hard to find. There was a lot of room and the beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms which was great. We did not see any body wash or shampoo. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the air conditioner to work in the one bedroom so it was very warm. I tried to contact the host but didn't get a response until morning but it was 10pm until we got back and realized it didn't work. It was a very safe neighborhood but there was a street light on outside the window and the neighbors were very noisy in the late night/early morning hours. Bring eye masks and ear plugs if those things bother you. We would stay there again just because of the location.

Excellent location for arrival via train, approx 10 mins (or less) walk to apt. Communication with the host Constante was outstanding! Arrangements to meet for checkin was perfect. Apartment 4 mins to water bus (vaporetto) stop or 10 mins back to train stop for other vaporetto stops. There were several restaurants and bars 2-5 min walk as well as a grocery market. Location in Santa Croce was nice to escape to - away from the busy San Marco area. Apartment was equipped as described and much needed AC in living room and each bedroom. Door lock was a little tricky so practice before you leave the first time. Overall, great location and excellent communications by host. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Unpleasant Stay
There was no hot water when we arrived. It was ice cold. I showered in it very quickly, but couldn’t bathe my children after a long flight. We informed Constante and the cleaning lady tried her best but couldn’t figure it out. They said they will fix it within a few hours. We left to explore and when we came back at night it was still not working. I decided to boil some water to bathe my kids, but the stove was not working either. I had to microwave water and by the time I got it to the shower my daughter was crying saying she was freezing cold. The second bathroom was useless. There was a very strong odor coming from it. I believe it was mold seeing as the ceiling near that bathroom was covered in black mold. We were told that we would get one night refund for the inconvenience and after multiple messages to the owner, we unfortunately never received it. The apartment is large in size, but very far from San Marco Square. Unfortunately, we had a rough start to our vacation but luckily all of our other hotels throughout our 2 week Euro trip were great.

Perfect location in Venice!
This flat was amazing! Close to the train station and a vaparetto stop. It is in a non tourist-y area so the restaurants are reasonable and incredibly good! It was great to have a large living room for our family to sprawl out in after a long day of walking. Also 2 bathrooms so we weren’t all crammed in one. The owner was very responsive once we got to Venice, A little hard to reach before our trip however, we tried to reduce our people to 4 from 5 but I never got a final response and we ended up having to pay the extra 50 euros although we didn’t have the extra person. However, the apartment is beautiful, so we would stay again.

Clean, good location and quite.
We had a short stay at this location. The owner was very responsive, we were met upon arrival and given helpful instructions, and it's centrally located with nice shops and restaurants nearby. One note, if AC is important to you, one of the bedrooms does not have a unit and it was a bit warm. There were enough beds in the master though so my husband, daughter and I were able to sleep in the master with AC and still be comfortable.

We loved this apartment, very spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfy. We for sure would use this again. Constance was great to communicate with, before and during our stay. Only problem was the door to the apartment the lock was not working and it took us a while to get in each time we came back. It was reported and was told they were waiting for a locksmith to come

Excellent place to stay, top location, top apartment
The apartment's location is superb, 5 min walk from the central train station and within less than a minute to the water bus station. It is extremely clean, very well appointed, cozy and you have everything you need. It is very spacious with 2 separate full bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms far enough away from eah other. Kitchen is fully equipped. We spent a wonderful few days here. It is quiet and the location is really good, you can get anywhere by walking or water bus with ease. Everything in the apartment works, the bathrooms are new and top notch. It is very beautiful and cozy. Constante the owner is super helpful and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. I can highly recommend this. Would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. This is really in top 1% that we have stayed at. Absolutely worht it!!
