Located just a 3-minute walk to our private beach and steps from our 10-foot-deep communal pool and BBQ area is unit #69, an efficiency apartment, which is located on the second floor of our 2-story motel building. This unit features a small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a queen-size bed, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. For your laundry needs, there is a paid laundry facility on site, just steps away. Nice & Quiet
Venice Villas was the perfect place for our vacation! The unit was clean & exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The private beach was close by & very quiet. We almost had the beach to ourselves! The pool was huge & nice to swim morning laps in. Check in was a breeze & the property manager was helpful & easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Visit to Venice April, 2024
The location was ideal. Although it is a single studio, the unit had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner, along with everything you need for the beach. The pool was kept immaculate and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Get away
Myself and my husband have been at this location in the past and enjoyed it so much we wanted to visit again. The room was great for just the two of us it has everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk and was private which made it even better. The pool was amazing and was not very busy which made it even better. The area was great for morning walks and only a little over a mile from Sharkeys pier and the Venice public beach which was great to walk too.
