You have the property on your own. Shrubs and trees line the property separating you from neighbors on either side. Our house is spacious and comfortable for a group of 12 people. Well appointed and decorated, almost all of the furniture, mattresses, bedding and accessories are new (fall 2020). The mattresses are all medium / firm memory foam. The property has 100 linear feet of waterfront land ending in a high cement wall. Be vigilant when you are on the ground near the rampart to avoid falling. If you want to bring your own motor boat, you can use our private boat descent located on the grounds. You should remove your boat from the water when you are not using it as the wind blowing from the Bay of Venice can be very strong at times and could damage your boat. The garage is not accessible but you will have access to a large parking lot. The living room has two large patio doors overlooking Lake Champlain and a corner wood fireplace. This large open space is the ideal place to receive friends and family. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The terrace offers a spectacular view of the lake. The spa can be accessed from the living room or the master bedroom. The master bedroom is also equipped with a gas fireplace and a large picture window (lake view).
