Unprecedented Location with Spectacular Views!
Bernadette is a fabulous owner/host. This is the best place to stay onPhillip Island. The location, views and Bernadette’s local knowledge create an amazing experience. This place is very special.

A personal touch
This is a very warm and homely, B&B type experience. The hosts are very experienced and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The bedroom is designed to be fairly basic but comfortable sleeping space, however the large and inviting lounge area is very much part of their hospitality that guests are encouraged to use. The views and grounds are a real highlight of the property. This would suit people looking for a personal, B&B experience hosted by owner/occupiers. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great for visiting Penguin Parade
A great place to stay for a trip to Phillip Island. Swan Lake Guest House is walking distance to the Penguin Parade and a short drive to a lot of the other landmarks. We were warmly welcomed and our room was comfortable. Watching the wallabies from our balcony in the evening was a nice extra.

This is a beautiful house with multiple rooms. Owner is lovely. Very friendly. Penguins are a 1km walk, very close to nobbies lookout (water hole) Red Rock beach (Free BBQs), Smith's beach, go karts at the GP track. amaze'n'things, seal rock by boat the the jetty $85 cheaper for RACV member, pensioner discount and children. Take a trip to the chocolate factory in the way to Cowes Be sure to leave early as busy times roads are crazy.
