Price for room was excellent. Small rooms but very clean and nice. Stand up shower, toilet worked great. Had a small fridge and coffee maker. I arrived an hour early and they were kind enough to check me in early. My only complaint is someone with buckets making noise outside my room on fist floor at 8pm! Annoying! Lasted 15-20min. Id definitely go back there

Nice place, and area felt safe
Was nervous to book a motel over a hotel, but I would stay here again. Staff was very kind, nice room (recently reno-ed), and central area.

Economical and Clean
This was a great place to stay for quick stop in Ventura. The room, linens, and bathroom were very clean. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are nice. There was a family with kids upstairs and it did get a bit loud. But the bed was very comfy. Other than that, this motel was the stop we needed before continuing our trip.

The hotel does not look very good on that side. However, the rooms were very good. They were clean and comfortable. None of the reviews I had read about this mentioned the noise but the rooms at the front of the hotel or facing the highway that has traffic that's very loud. The manager can't do very much about this except they could put in new windows. again, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is OK could be better, but it is manageable. Why I did not give it a higher rating is because there's no ice machine. Having a hotel w/o an ice machine, it's just not very good. The manager owner was a pleasant fellow

It was an adequate accommodation for one night but I'd look for something else next time. There was nothing really wrong about this place, but it's lacking a bit. There was no hair dryer and no hangers or a luggage rack. The motel is right on a major road so the road noise may be an issue for some travelers. Parking is limited and you'd have to park on the streets if the lot is full.

It some motel, not a hotel. There was no parking. The night clerk told us to park in the street and said it would be fine. We couldn’t find any street parking nearby. It was midnight so we didn’t feel safe. We didn’t spend the night. I didn’t ask for my money back as I didn’t think that would be fair to them, But we couldn’t stay.

Property was awesome for my 1 night stay. My Only issue was we had 1 big bath towel for 2 people. Would have been an easy fix if i would have called it in. I found a few hairs in the shower, nothing water couldnt wash down. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would book again

No smoking rule means nothing here.
the room was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. The parking was limited and if you have any vehicle larger than a small sedan it could be difficult maneuvering. Our biggest problem was we had a no smoking room but someone next door decided to smoke marijuana that pumped into our room and the management would do nothing.! So much for NO smoking signs and rules.

It’s a small motel but it’s very clean! I stayed for just a night but the room was great! Read for me as soon as I checked in! The front desk person was so nice too! Would love to book again for my next Channel Islands adventure!

Inexpensive but odd in ways...
This is an odd property - in general it's worn hard around the edges. The parking behind the motel is difficult, especially at night. If it's raining and dark, don't even try. My room had a full-size kitchen in it that rivals ones in fancy homes - not sure who it's targeted for. The kitchen table seated two, but the mount was broken so the table wobbled. Air conditioning was fine and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Full Kitchen - 10; Bed - 8; Bathroom - 7; Value 8; Location near beach - 7; Parking - 2.

Quaint and cozy room
The room was very cozy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was great. We had a room in the back so it was very quiet. My only complaint was that the man who checked us in was of few words and a little rude.
