From the moment you step inside this warm & inviting furnished property you will feel relaxed in the peace and quiet of Venus Bay.

The entrance of the property features a beautiful open plan dining area that flows on through to the kitchen and main living area, the generous communal space features a breakfast bar in the kitchen - perfect for a coffee before your day ahead exploring the coastline and more.

The main living area is exceptionally light filled and includes a large lounge setting accompanied by a small wood fire, the perfect spot to wind down, warm up and relax after a day at the beach.
Near the wood fire sits a comforting papasan chair in which you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy some reading or just relax.

Just right of the dining area you will find the bathroom and laundry which features a shower, toilet, washing machine and wash areas.

Toward the rear of the property are the two bedrooms, bedroom 1 containing an open space and a comforting queen sized bed while bedroom 2 features a double bed.
Access to the private outdoor BBQ living area is on the front gate side of the property - the ultimate place to enjoy a meal outside and a drink with friends. The outdoor living area is also enclosed, creating an ideal space for small pets.

At the very rear of the property you will find a rare, and unique sundeck featuring two sun lounges surrounded by the native flora and fauna of Galaxsea.

Lovely weekend away
The house was simple and suited us and our golden retriever dog for a 2 night getaway. Close walk to the beautiful beach and in the other direction close to the small block of shops and Cavity (the main bar/restaurant which do the best pizzas and vanillas slices!) The house was secure enough for our dog to be outside, the only thing we had to watch was if there was a rabbit in the yard which he wanted to chase! Would have been good to note the property does not come with WiFi. We also had no phone service so we purchased a sim card from the general store as we needed to contact family. The locals are very friendly! We were recommended to check out Walkerville South and it was stunning! The Bird & Wolf cafe also does the best breakfasts!! We had a fantastic relaxing weekend :)

The property is very private in a great location. It however needs to update the cooking facilities, like the frying pan , I couldn't even use it, it's so bad. The chopping boards smell, only one steak knife, what we need to take it in turns to use one knife between four 4 people? plus more general aids to cook and prepare meals needed. The stove top didn't work, nor the vacuum cleaner.

Great house & location.
This property was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and in a great location walking distance to the beach and town. However when we booked and didn't find out till after paying a deposit, that we had to pick up the keys from Inverloch no earlier than 2pm. Also on departure we had to have the keys back in Inverloch by 10 am or another days rent would be charged. Therefore arrival time to the property is really 2.30pm and departure 9.30 am to allow time to get to and from Inverloch. We were also travelling to Wilsons Prom after our stay and had to back track to Inverloch. Just would have been good to know these conditions before booking. Thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of Pinot Noir.

Romantic getaway
Venus Bay Is a beautiful town. Everyone is friendly and the beaches are amazing. The property itself was cosy comfy and romantic, my wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The agency we dealt with was a extremely accomodating and so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do more to help us.

Fantastic location and great little house
This is such a great place for a beach getaway, only a short walk to the beach and the shops, the house was much roomier than I had expected and had everything we needed. Really easy check in and check out process. I would also highly recommend the river view hotel in Tarwin Lower which is a just a short drive away and has a great deck to have dinner on.

Hello, great property. Out the back is overgrown and dangerous during the hotter weather. We seen a lizard so I'm sure snakes are present too. Not safe for pets roaming around. X1 widnow would not lock. Cheers.
