The holiday farm "La Vicomterie" is located in the Manche (Normandy) in the middle of nature.
Four cozy apartments of different sizes offer space for 1 - 6 people. We can accommodate a total of 18 people. Each apartment has direct access to the garden and its own terrace with barbecue area. Two apartments also have a winter garden.
On the large property there are various offers for children and adults: a sandpit, a mini trampoline, a swing, a lawn with a gate, a boules pitch and a fireplace. The two donkeys Gamin and Minette, the sheep Orval and Pirou, the cats Ambye and Brehal and the guinea pigs Cerences, Denis, Emile and Fler are very popular with large and small guests.
Since this year we have been offering some organic products in our small shop such as coffee, milk and jam (some homemade). We also have a small selection of French wines and beers from local breweries.
The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away from us.
"La Vicomterie" is on a small hill near the village of Ver. It is particularly suitable for hiking and cycling tours. Discover the varied landscape on the hiking trails along the coast or inland. We would be happy to tell you about our favorite hiking trails and places to stop for refreshments in the surrounding area. One of the paths, "The Valleys of Cerences" (18 km), leads directly past our country house. Swimming, sailing, kayaking and standboarding is possible in the sea, 12 km away. The coast is developed for tourism, but offers enough space to find a quiet and "private" place everywhere. If you bring your bike with you, you can safely store it in the lockable port.
"La Vicomterie" is surrounded by well-known and lesser-known sights.
"Le Mont St. Michel "is probably the best known. In addition, there are numerous places such as B. the "Abbaye de Hambye" or the Chateau Gratot, which are less well known, but are just as steeped in history and invite you to research and discover. The port city of Granville was spared from the war and has a beautiful old town with small streets. Art galleries are lined up on the Judenstrasse.
